You need to just compensate for a bullet drop it depends how far you are. Just a little math involved

So if you are on iwo jima in the boat on the black sands aim at someone on the hill you would need to have it set to 60m and just have the crosshairs above the head a bit.
Factors also matter depending on the position of the enemie.
It works for me.
However if they are on the mountain and you are to aim incline then you might want to set it to 150m. Like it's really not that hard to hit.
If you are in close proximity you don't need to raise the crosshairs. It will hit. Dead even. Ok bro
