i'll just share my quick opinion on the pacific maps and also a bit about the fliegerfaust lol
ok so i think that the maps themselves are good but the way some assets are laid out makes them extremely unbalanced. I have played 9 matches of the pacific maps, not a single one of them was won my the americans. that really tells something.
also, the tanks are way too tough and don't do really that much damage. a single sherman can easily survive a whole match and is essentially impossible to take out if it doesn't push due to the sheer amount of cover and the fact that the japanese tank does a massive (/s) 16 damage to it per hit
also, the air-to-ground and vice versa combat is in a really weird position. let's take the island map as an example.
if you're playing as the americans, you have essentially no way of giving proper close air support. the enemies have fortified the flags and have AA and those damn fliegerfausts, the bombs are a bit hard to aim because they don't have the reticle like other planes (at least i don't) and the japanese have as many planes as you, if not more. your own anti-air is way out in the ocean and your own team can't really make a landing and take ground without air support, which they can't get. it's essentially a few helpless troops on boats and a few planes vs 32 guys with mobile and stationary anti air and their planes.
so yeah, i think that the japanese should have less planes, the tanks' cannons should be buffed against armor and their own armor nerfed slightly because a panzerfaust does only around 20 damage with a side hit and tanks usually keep their distance on these maps.
i think that the fliegerfaust's damage to planes should be reduced, the spread of the shots should be reduced and also the explosive damage distance should be reduced as to implement some requirement for skill. the planes for the american side are essentially useless on the first stage.

from what i notice, most ff kills are hits on planes that are already close to the ground. those deserve to be taken down. when i get fired on it's usually after i did the flyby, but (as i also use the ff) i know that they're trying to telegraph where you're going next. so instead of going back up, go even further down. or take a sharp right when you were flying to the left side. be unpredictable. if they saw you coming, you're already dead.so if you get shot at, try to learn where they are and what they're trying to attack. they're not gonna pay attention to a plane coming from their back

@snow crater If you're trying to level up the corsair to get glider bomb it's easier to just shoot down enemy planes rather than infantry, once you get level 1 go the Right side specialization and upgrade your main weapon it'll help with destroying planes, also you just have to deal with the low maneuverability
