disagree, AT rifle vs 20mm high vellocity AA gun, AT rifle has a lower muzzle speed, lighter round, less range and lower kinetic energy at impact and the AA gun does no damage at all, the AT rifle somehow outperforms it in every aspect, buffing it more would be unrealistic and furthermore punish the heavies even more in a game where almost every infantry can easily dispatch a heavy
