panzerstorm was a big map, but most of the action of it was in the middle due all the tanks etc. al sundan scatters it all over the map which makes it feel a lot more like a sandbox. fight for the airfield, go to the sandbanks for tanks and plane spam, the hills are littered with snipers, the city is cqc area to fight infantry etc. every where you go gives you a different kind of battle
