Honestly Battlefield V needs an Air Superiority game mode. Like back in the old Battlefield 1943. This one could obviously have more objectives, for example one game mode can be Bomber Escort. A team of maybe 12 defending fighters (German, American, British whatever) has to defend AI Bombers during a specific time while the attacking team of 12 (Whatever faction is against the defending faction) has to shoot down all of the bombers within said Timezone or the phase ends. Yes a phase. Like Galactic Assault from Star Wars, if the attackers make it past an objective, the next one can be to maybe eliminate all fighters and at that point both teams now have tickets like a normal TDM. There's so much they can do with air combat and this was just one idea of mine. Let me know what you think!

They can do it in all the theatres

Pacific, Eastern you name it

They all had missions like I said above

Especially in Europe. The US with B-17 Flying Fortresses and P51 Mustang escorts

They usually faced off against BF-109's, Fw-190's etc

It could easily work as a game mode
