Slightly faster RPM

Kar does a bit more damage

But is slower

Krag is a light long range sniper while the Kar is a heavier long range

Like how the lee is a light close-mid range bolt while the G95 is a heavy close-mid range sniper

Light tank: Type 95 Ha-Go.

Now this little guy may not be much and could never hope to combat an enemy tank but its great for infantry suppression and fun to get around in, they were the most numerous armoured vehicle in the IJA at the time and I think they'd do great!

Armament: Type 94, 37 mm gun and two type 97 7.7 mm machine guns

Medium Tank: Type 89 I-Go

Okay so this one, little more beefier than our little Ha-Go, its got more armour and its larger, could probably contend against enemy armour if they're careful. for this extra armour, its a slower than the Ha-Go too. whilst it wasn't produced in numbers, I don't think that matters as its more for gameplay.

Armament: Type 90, 57 mm Gun and once again two machine guns, 6.6 mm Type 90's

Second choice for Medium tank: Type 97 Chi-Ha

So this one is a little bit more viable than the I-Go as the Chi-Ha was produced in larger numbers, you could also upgrade this one in game to the Chi-Ha Kai to have improved armour, perhaps like the armour skirts upgrade on the Panzer IV.

Armament: Type 97, 57 mm Gun and you guessed it two 7.7 mm Machine guns (type 97) or alternatively Chi-Ha Kai Type 1 High velocity 47 mm Gun

Heavy Tank: Type 4 Chi-To

So this guy was only made as a prototype and never saw any actual action but it is still viable to be in the game. if you're planning on fighting other tanks, this is your weapon of choice.

Armament: Type 5 75 mm Gun and two type 97 Heavy MG (7.7 mm)

Anti-Air Tank

I don't know, there are Anti-Air tanks in the game and maybe there is a Japanese equivalent but I don't want to go searching forever so I'm going to use my basic Knowledge of Japanese weapons to fill in the blanks here.

Armament: Type 88, 75 mm AA Gun
