In a 15 minute game, so long as your team has at least one objective capped, you will accrue 6K points just from squad orders
But lots of squad leaders issue the incorrect orders.
You don't issue orders to where you want teammates to go - they should already know where to go.
The priority is always 1. objectives about to be capped, then 2. objectives that are already capped, then 3. a neutral/red objective (if your team has no objectives capped).
This is how I level up fast. Think efficiency!
In a 15 minute Grind/Fortress game, you should easily get around 12.5K XP or higher, assuming that you're only trying to accrue points fast (e.g. not working on assignments). That gets your team best squad and if your team wins, you get bonus XP for both of those accomplishments, too.
