So when you get into bf1 go to the Solider section and then to customize, and find the gun you want to get and see what you have to do for example get 300 kills with a gun and then you unlock this gun

So if you killed 150 people it will say 50% done

If you want a more specific way to look at it then get the Battlefield app on your phone
