I do wish there was the level of customization for weapons that there was in bf4 but I feel like the erra that this takes place in kinda limits what you can do. And I prefer conquest because it was the original and I love the freedoms of movement and tactics involved in the conquest of the map. I dislike some of the other game modes PERSONALLy just because it bores me hiding behind cover with an assload od allies that dont push fighting an equally boring line of fire from the enemies with no opportunities to sneak or flank. I recognize this is close to how a real war is but that is just my own personal preference.

If a single base is captured in the middle of the map you and your team can move in a pattern hat allows you to attack different bases more efficiently. Vs if you have one on the edge yo uare continuously pushing directly at the enemy lines. I could go on for a solid few hours on different tactics and different situations on all of the maps from bad company to 5 but that is counter productive to myself. The fact that you fail to see any additional tactical options other than the ones I specifically told you saddens me.

And it's also true that many of the best players dont rank in leaderboards anymore because they dont have the time. But if you look you can see that they achieved their current rank far quicker than anyone else around them. Ie bf4 top 500 users with a specific gun. Most of them had well over a thousand hours but you see the actual good ones in the same places withinyl a few hundred.

@midnight nimbus its all about how you play man. It is a blast when done properly there are frequently broken unspoken rules. However players that act like a scrub sit and camp hills with sniper tanks the works. Are usually a pivot point in the enemy tactics. So if you can harass or prevent them from doing their job it can crumble. The incentive is to increase your own personal skill and motor reflexes. In top of this the points are far more abundant and leveling comes extremely quickly. Particularly If yo uare looking to unlock a specific part for one of your classes or vehicles.
