motion blur is never needed. though i have to say it's implemented quite well in bfv. normally i just get motion sick from it xD you can try to up the resolution scale to 125%. that should make it less blurry. the fuzzyness is mostly due the Anti aliasing method, but that cant be turned off due certain effects or shaders are bound to it for some reason.

DICE should make the game modes that are good from being limited time to permanent

Whereas they could focus on improving Grand Ops instead

A cutscene before every Grand Ops begins (just like BF1), better dialogue, and a more refined and polished experience. Big maps should be focused more on Breakthrough rather than conquest. Two different types of paratroop passenger planes, where one is for the UK and the other for the Germans. Two different cutscenes right before dropping, where one is for the UK and the other is for the Germans.

Outpost was good and they shouldn’t put it as a limited time game mode but rather a permanent game mode

This would relieve stress from DICE on limited time game modes and make them focus on remastering what is already not liked as much, since launch.
