I've had three tickets with DICE Support, one with The Last Tiger and had my problem solved, another with the airdrops (wanted to see more information on Airdrops and see if I can get some kind of calendar and schedule on it) and another on getting the game earlier with EA Access, (which ended up being a Microsoft problem)

I did also get to know what day I would get my airdrop content, and just to I guess help me out more, they said what my last airdrop was when the ticket was open.

They've got the tools and are more than capable of helping you out, they even have a feedback survey at the end of each discussion
