That is Mr Braddock's business. In effect your reports are awaiting someone to look at them and as I said earlier reports of a player allegedly cheating with multiple reports from different people along with clear video evidence get the quickest response. Cheaters in BF V do get punitive actions held against them including bans, it just takes time to investigate and then take action.

There are many people working behind the scenes to curb and deal with what has become a multi million dollar business, cheating has become an industry. It goes across the board in all AAA game makers and franchises. Its a fight that continues and probably never will be fully expunged, changing to another game is not really a solution..unfortunately.
