Mouse macros/scripts control for recoil so your shots are dead accurate, and it's considered cheating

There's no real way to ban or kick these guys without RSP.

Any anti-hacking software won't really be able to check them out

Unless it's a general ban/kick for players who have lots of kills and a high kdr which will negatively affect actually good players.
