gaining CC doesn't take that long if you complete those assignments which give 400CC, there is some issue with those as the amount of awarded CC is more than that, got at best 2000CC from a single game, it seems that the game gives you that bugged 1000CC which is awarded time to time for reaching rank 50 when you complete those assignments

I have sometimes spawned in the airship in Ballroom Blitz while on the Attacking team and then proceed to land on the Ballroom area to eliminate snipers and get my team the upper hand.
