Again, The panzer IV's Pak 40 needs the same effectiveness as the 6 PNDR.

i built a new computer and have been playing a few matches on my old settings. i then tried to switch to dx12. got ~30 fps boost. all is working fine for a couple of minutes and the out of no where everything starts lagging like crazy. 10-30 fps, stuttering, slow as hell. have to restart the game

checked the "restrict video memory" option in the settings. worked like a charm , for 10 minutes. spawn in a vehicle. lagfest 2000
i have like 50-60 fps and it drops to around 20. even at 50-60 fps its a lagfest, the character jumps forward a meter at a time...
