Talking about Siege compared to Battlefield V in terms of tactics and gunplay is interesting

Siege is pretty much focused on two things

Map control and information

Without either you're pretty much dead

But, the gunplay, and the success of using tactics may also be a factor

And both are solid

Every weapon is melty because of low health + instant headshot kill

Meanwhile the gunplay in BFV is alright but its wonky cause the wrong classes have the wrong weapons in some cases
