It came to my attention, that after purchasing the "Premium Starter Pack" and after several e-mails between customer service, parts of the "Demolisher" skin do not work on female characters.
I enjoy playing female characters, being a woman myself, and I was actually quite happy when I heard I could customize my character. But now, even after this "Genderfield" fiasco, they punish players supporting the game by locking out content for them if they play female characters? Didn't some director from EA say that "If his daughter wanted to play a female character and couldn't, that was not okay"? Well, not including the same content for female characters IS NOT OKAY. And not mentioning it somewhere before people purchase it is even worse. Why does it nowhere say the skins don't work on female characters? I am truly angry and disappointed, but the worst part I can't even get a refund for it. I feel ripped off, I spent 30 Euros on a game I actually enjoyed and can't even use what I spent money on.
I have been with you since Battlefield 1942. Even after the issues with Battlefield 1 and the terrible launch of Battlefield V... But no longer.

I definitely think that the next title will be make-or-break for them in terms of a lot of "true fans". I agree with @open dock that it's lost it's identity over the years trying to compete with other titles. I love FPS games and BF has always been my go-to.
