Beginner Tip: In this day in age, if your targets are point blank/close quarters, it's better to hip fire than to aim down sights. There are only a few exceptions to this rule, such as rifles.

I think since the boltactions and DMRS are pretty much the same just that DMRs are way more practical, the bolt-action rifles either need a return of the sweetspot mehanic, make every bolt action usefull for a certain range, or make heart/near heart shots also one shot kills (At least at medium ranges)
