Honestly you can change your playstyle a lot on Grind. Assault guys got rockets and grenades galore. Medics be healing/reviving everyone. Supports can go nuts with MMGs if you find the right spot. And scouts be raining in the spotting bonuses/spot assists

1. Figure out how bad your team is in the first 3 minutes
2. Destroy your W/L, not that it matters that much anyway I mean it's going to happen at some point
3. Find out how durable your desk is after slamming it like 40 times
4. Realise that siting with a flare gun is better than helping your team
