Sensitivity is really personal. Some players use high and some players use lower. I’d maybe recommend going 50+ though

And heighten the fov a bit. Yeah, enemies are smaller, but it gives the illusion of less recoil and in turn makes weapons easier to control.

@raw pelican best class is assault, best weapon is StG44 and best rocket launcher is PIAT. Next to that use sticky dynamite and anti tank grenade. Best sidearm is The mark 6 Revolver
