Um... thats a pretty good question. I don't think there is, but I could be wrong. Try equipping a custom emblem using the companion app, the game doesnt support them i think so it should show as blank

Honestly, its a good system we have as of right now for gadgets, I don't think too much needs to be changed in regards of repairing. Some people just dont care in the end, so I mean the whole repair thing, don't expect it. Once you realize that support CAN repair, it still doesn;t get any better. Its just like the medics who dont heal or res. A redesign is unnecessary, but the players themselves could be just a bit better, but we all had to start somewhere I mean.
Tank health is perfectly visible, once a tank is on fire, its pretty obvious repairs are needed, so an indicator of when it needs repairs may not be entirely necessary.
Also, removing repair, and making it like medics pouch, or as a gadget like what you said would remove a gadget spot from support that they need, making it like a nerf to the class. I feel that is unnecessary in the current system.

Also, you wont even get repaired 60% of the time when people do. Repairing a tank is risky, you are exposed, and repairing a tank in the middle of a fight may be an extra death to their count. Repairs are rare in general. I don't think the system should be changed, I just think the players need to get smarter, and the tanks expose less of themselves and work with their infantry in a push to avoid excessive damage on the tank itself
