I just played medic and I have to say that I was only able to revive the fewest people. Most people bring themselves in situations where you just cannot revive them any more.

Personally I feel like any shotgun changes are unnecessary, they're nither bad nor too good. Only thing I would do is add a bigger bullet drop on the drilling sniper bullet
