grand ops combines various different game modes. trying them out individually in the menu may help you learn them. there are tutorial videos that show how each game mode works

well you use the weapon you level it up same with a tank or a plane the coin you by on upgrades for said thing

You can level up anything just by using it, you gain CC by playing the game and you can spend it on unlocking specs for weapons and vehicles that are very beneficial to have

The vehicles unlock by increasing your main level, just keep playing and you'll get there
