Hesh basically retains a small blast radius and some blast damage while boosting the impact damage much higher
But the gun carrier is like.. a camper sniper so the AP rounds are a better choice

The blast still does damage even from a weird impact.
AP can nearly fully bounce if you're unlucky and hitting an angled target from the front.
Having the shell stick to them and explode has a level of convenience 😂

Add in the fact that there's pretty ineffective anticheat or server balancing, class balancing is completely whack, the fact that DICE breaks entire game modes for months at a time, adds new bugs to each patch, still need to quit the server to equip new guns I've unlocked, or I get the "server rules" error... I could go on forever.
I want to love this game - I love battlefield, I love WW2 shooters, but there are so many bugs that it makes it harder and harder to overlook.
Yeah, you're right. the game isn't broken. It's playable. But more and more my experience is being derailed by these bugs, and it's just getting less and less fun.
