Medic guns: Sure you can hipfire headshot up close, but thats about it
Support guns: Volume of fire, but suppression does nothing, and the LMGs either have too much recoil or too low ROF or both to be competitive
Recon guns: The semiautos are actually pretty nice, having tried the ZH29. Bolt actions are back to how they were in 4 - headshot only, but bodyshots should be stronger.

There's no rock-paper scissors at all.
