Yep. IMO they need to add some sort of penetrating/direct hit bonus to AA to make it easier to snipe components. Whacking AA rounds all over a bomber shouldn't necessarily be enough to drop it, but you should be able to bring it down fast if you focus an engine or the cockpit. Would stop those stupid head-on runs for sure.
