Can't really find anything about the PIAT and M1 Bazooka in easy terms like this, but they wouldn't be far off.

Shaped charges really don't care much about range, as long as you can actually hit the thing you're looking at, and if it hits and penetrates, its goodbye, specially if its flat armour like on the Tiger, so a PIAT can most definitely do something against a tiger.

So @solid hinge TL:DR, all these launchers had shaped charges, not HE, so they could pretty much pen a tiger from the front at long range if you could hit the bloody thing.
