The assignments are always bugged regardless of what you do, dice knows this and are trying to fix it.
You can tell when it doesn’t track, start of the round if you look in the top right corner of your screen when you press the start button, if the assignments are not there, they won’t track, it’s an easy way to tell

The controller vibration is a bug and dice is aware of this
