@solid hinge when you’re dead and choosing where to spawn, vehicles are usually at the default spawn spots or around the map if they’re available for you to spawn in. They’ll show up as selectable spawn places on the map

To actually spawn a vehicle yourself, you have to be a squad leader, with the required number of requisition points, and then you can hold B (or whatever the console equivalent is) and select the item to spawn. At that point you either go die or redeploy to get back to the spawn selection menu.

Those points are accrued by doing squad stuff—defending points, capturing points, squad revives/assists, that type of stuff
It’s pretty unintuitive at first, but you’ll get it.
Play around with being squad leader by hitting escape, selecting Squad from the menu, and then hitting Leave and Create New Squad at the bottom
It’ll feel clunky at first, but you’ll get the hang of it. When you have your reticule pointed at the lettered points in game, you can hit Q to set a point as the squad target
If you own that point, when you hit Q, it’ll set up a defend order
If it’s gray or owned by the enemy, it’ll set an attack order
Defend orders have a countdown where you’ll get points after holding it for a set period
