I got a unique bug yesterday when I was playing breakthrough, I spawned on my sqadmate just when they finished arming the bomb, the bomb detonated as soon as I spawned and I was ragdolled inside a building where no one can climb into and I was stuck in the death screen without the option to bleed out, and I was unable to respawn being stuck in the death screen, my team were doing really well and I ended up closing the game ;-;
