This is the best example I could get from what's broken with TTK and TTD from my streams, I don't clip often so it probably isn't the best. But you can clearly see that the guy peaks as the same time as he gave me damage that at the same time was 100hp damage in like no time.

People don't realize that the current TTK is the problem. Suomi has a HS TTK of 78ms within 10 meters. Now factor in that the information has to be send through the killer to the server and then to the killed and no wonder people are getting instagibbed.

There can be a 100+ ms latency difference between you and the other guy. Personally I enjoy games that have a decent headshot TTK of around 250ms and bodyshot ttk of about double that. Considering average human reaction time is around 200ms, you can still react to getting chain HS'd.
