the paratrooper outfits are mostly reskins of the default ones. though some have nice headgear. if you did the road to bfv ones, you can get 2 of em atleast without deluxe. the airlifts have been mweh so far. mostly skins for guns that I personally don't use. the assignments are just for a bit more starting coins. they're like your daily challenges etc.
