If you keep looking through your scope you should be able to see exactly that since bullets are quite visible

Just pick a location on a map, shoot at a tree and get a feel for the drop and speed

Hold y for 2 sec. Watch zero distance change next to ammo count, lower rt screen. This is also how you change fire modes on other classes that are applicable

i'm not adept with snipers, but pretty much if your distance is zeroed in on the sniper, it probably makes it a little easier to handle at that specific range.

but if you have the longest range selected and you start trying to pot shot people close range, then the shots will be soaring.

so with the x6 (idk if you can zero different ranges with different copes) it's 60m by default, then 150 then 300

I wish I could set it to like 100 to 120 tbh

probably easier to compensate with the 60m default for mid-range or if you are using the 150 to compensate for a little closer range than it is to sit on the 300.

300 probably is most optimal if you aren't moving around, in a lookout position (long range obviously), etc.
