well, I think general guidelines apply if just sniping, quick peek&scope behind covers, spot enemies with flares/scope, use smokes to advance/retreat. If playing more of a front line with semiauto, then don't spend too much time trying to scope and track, just unload clip fast on 1-3 targets and reload behind cover, use smokes to gain ground for team

I guess I just don't understand DICE at all, medic guns need limited range, 20 round magazines, and moderately difficult recoil, vs LMGs which have bipods, 30+ round mags, minimal damage drop off, and their class has infinite ammmo

medics don't really need far distance guns imo. i just spent some time on twisted metal where i was too focused on keeping the people alive, the enemies in smoke and shooting any straggling hostile that got too close. the moment a medic focusses too much on pewpew, he'll neglect the people around him.
