15% explosive resistance is actually a pretty good deal unless you expect to often find yourself with wings shot out and needing to immediately fix them, which in a bomber seems kind of unlikely. You're not out-turning anyone anyways.

it's very noticeable in Arras and around the church. Someone with an mp40 can shoot you from behind the church stone walls because your limbs are sticking out
and I've done the same to enemies. They think they are prone behind something and in full cover, but their character's legs are pointing towards the sky

It's slow, has very little main gun ammo, and gets nothing interesting or particularly game changing.
The durability isn't really anything to write home about.
And honestly you barely notice when the tracks fall off because the mobility is already so crappy.

Stock flakpanzer is kinda rubbish. AA tanks aren't any more effective than static AA guns, but they take up a vehicle slot.
