well its a 20 round medic rifle with a 3 hit up to something like 50-60 metres
so its really good for saying “no” to an entire zerg rush at that range
it does 42 damage per shot so it pairs nicely with most secondaries
where a single farquhar hit plus two hits from say an MLE would bring someone down

Squad RFs are vehicles, and based on the beta, not even particularly powerful ones. Certainly nowhere near the potency of Behemoths.
They're intended to be something that a squad can field to give them a force multiplier, not something that can oppress an entire team by itself.

I can see the justification for some weapons, like the carbines. But for the most part the crap bolted onto the gun should just be modifications, not separate guns.
