I'd be much more okay with mortars being aimed like some of the small 50-60mm mortars from WWII, where you just had a paint line on the muzzle, and occasionally down the tube on one side, to line up azimuth and elevation.

Sentry SMG: You have a bit of a larger range here, but use ammo quickly so don't get too close.
Flamethrower: Run into enclosed areas and let loose.

Tank Hunter: While the tankgewehr can be used for tanks, you can also kill other players pre much instantly. Focus on vehicles when possible though. Don't forget you have a sawed off for close range
Trench Raider: Just run in and swing at people. You have pretty much infinite health crates so health isn't an issue really.
Infiltrator: Honestly I found the grenade launcher to be useless. Idk. He has a sawed off too. Don't forget to drop artillery strikes and team spawns.

Well the way I play medic is: With the Fedorov I would push/flank enemies as it is auto which allows close quarters engagement. But the starting weapon Cei-Rigotti is semi-auto, I would recommend staying back a bit or flanking around as it can deal quite a bit of damage. generally I take bandage pouches over crates as they heal faster and are easier to heal teammates with... But this is just my opinion...
