Stupid question, how the hell are you supposed to learn all the ins and outs of battlefield? Just trial and error? I haven't found any good videos that aren't just stupid clickbait "10 tips to be a pro." Basically want what would be an old school game manual that describes all the mechanics and gameplay. Like only until recently did I find out that going prone makes 0 difference in your ADS accuracy, which is something you have no real way of knowing. Where can I find all taht kind of info out, like where to shoot tanks to do most damage? etc

I think when I played bf3 or bf4 there was a training level you could run around with weapons, I never noticed if that was in bf1... Also I basically never get in a vehicle because I'm terrified I will waste a crirtical resource for our team as a learning exercise for myself and team will be pissed at me lol

I think when you lower some settings to low the implementation might fall over onto CPU bound methods, I know like there used to be an AA technique that was CPU calculated instead of GPU, I'm sure it's teh same for other settings as well

to take off strain from lower end GPUs

so depending on your system you might start bottlenecking yourself going with 1 extreme or the other (all low and all ultra)

Yeah, leaning too much on cpu if you drop settings. You will push cpu usage to max very quickly. You gotta push up screen scale and force more on to the gpu. I have 7700k with a 1080ti and I have to push high or ultra on everything to actually get better fps. Gotta find that sweet spot of your setup. Cant just lower settings and get unlimited fps.

Yep. Frostbite is a cpu hog. My old 7600k had a much tougher time with BF1. Felt much better with the i7. Games nowadays can lean really hard to cpus with ease.

@hidden swan if you click on BF4 on your origin library there's a tab called "Extra Content". scrolling down should show the games DLC. Just over your mouse where it says "Details" on one of the details and it should appear another tab about the BF4 Premium edition and there's an option to remove the BF4 premium edition from EA access from your account
