Like being a medic healing everyone and reviving everyone gets you a high SPM. Being an assault resupplying everyone gets you a high SPM, being a scout firing flares everywhere gets you a decent SPM, being an assault destroying vehicles gets you a high spm

What serp said though, you get great SPM from playing as medic I find, especially if you play objectives and use the medic crates. Try and place survival above rambo-ing until you're very comfortable with the playstyle

You should have to do it the WWII way, line up the paint marks on the muzzle and guess.

And assaults got rifle grenades as well.
Recon got the doom flare.
I fully expect that thing to get nerfed.

Pop a flare up that not only minimap spots but also 3D spots everything in its radius, and hangs about for minutes at a time.
And it refills off ammo pouches, so your friendly neighborhood support can allow you to keep a constant flare barrage up.

I just want my stealth recon with suppressed SMG. No footsteps + recon flare + suppressed guns? Yes please. The only thing they'd need to make them perfect would be an option to use the respawn beacon as their second gadget.
Sneak in, drop a beacon, knife people all day.
Though even with footsteps that was pretty easy to do on Narvik ops.
Swim in by the water, plant the beacon under the bridge by one of the ladders, then climb up behind the defenders and start stabbing.

UT2k4 did it better really, more flexibility in objectives, and the team swap meant that both sides got a chance on attack and defense every round.
