They shoud rework the reviving part done by medics to this,If a downed dude is calling for help w/o a medic nearby he can bleed out as regular. However, if a medic is nearby and responds to the call 2 things happends - 1. the bleeding slows down 2. responding medic gets a clear makrer on the map aswell as a light cone into the skies (Which only the responding medic can see)

TBH as much as I hate most things to do with War Thunder, I think DICE needs to steal the basic control system and some level of FM fidelity from them.
War Thunder really nicely balances accessibility and complexity in air combat. It's just a shame that the actual gameplay is stagnant and the devs are focused on milking the players for money via infinite grind.
