Scout class is balanced, the soawn beacon is going to change gameplay once people unlock it

however I would wish that the damage of the slow rifles was higher than a bit over 50

I can't check Upgrades for weapons I do not own so I cannot confirm for other snipers

Play your role as a sniper (Spot with the Spotting Scope) and you should rank up quite quickly

#

Also, longer ranged headshots give you more XP, also if you snipe from one objective to another, you get XP for Attacking/Defending two objectives

#
