Day of Infamy is really fun, the map design and gunplay is really engaging and like tryhard said, teamwork is alot more essential in case you need to order an airstrike or an artillery bombardment as an officer, you need a radioman beside you to coordinate the attack

in general I think all SMGs are too strong or at least too easy to handle. SMGs are just run and gun weapons - you just do not need to use your brain. Due to the high rpm and hipfire accuracy almost nothing can outgun you or only with much luck

headshots are not really rewarded in this game, only for a handful of weapons and among them there are no SMGs.

SMGs are the easiest weapons to play

it is so easy to get 50 kills with an Automatico in a round because no one can conquer you in close combat. Even shotguns require more skill because you cannot spray them unlike SMGs. You do not even have to aim because the hipfire in this game is so good. Aiming down sights with SMGs is unneccesary in this game.
