i check scoreboard and notice that, like so often, most of the team is either support or sniper...do you guys change to a class that your team needs even though you don't really feel like it, or do you just keep playing what you did before

No, I personally don't. The case with me is that I'm always playing the given objective mostly Rush or Conquest, my go-to classes are Assault and Medic
