Play with a team if you can. Since you can't run n gun the way some of the more experienced players are. Just do your best to help your squad.
Assault is the best starting class, because you have a defib and meds. You can revive others and heal them/yourself. He also has the best rifles in the game.
His starter rifle, the AK-12, isn't that bad either. I still use it myself.

I'm not a firearm historian, and the only MG I've ever used was an air-cooled M240B, but the LMG's hidden overheat mechanic in BF1 seems pretty useful for discouraging bullet spam, and I hope to see it used in other games

Just think of bf1 but with cooler guns, cooler outfits, and most importantly of all, cooler vehicles. Imagine a Sherman or T-34 on the ground, and He-111's and Bf-109's in the sky. There will be real dogfights with real planes. Not those dinky cardboard boxes we call biplanes.

At the very end of the campaign hundreds of nukes begin to be set off in the final mission culminating in the death of large portions of the EU/US and PAC militaries. As the credits role we hear news broadcast reports of world temperatures dropping.
