Hello fellas,

Is there a known reason as to why all my progress seems to be reset? Bought and unlocked weapons are gone, bought gadgets are gone. Unlocked specialization are behind a lock, even though they should be unlocked according to Service Assignments. Hopefully there is a fix for it. Restarting the game didn't do the trick. This happened after a game ended and I left the server. Playing on a PlayStation.

Although there is still a problem, it's not as bad as the one describe above: my progress only seems reset in the customization menu on the main menu, once in a server everything seems normal.

@solid hinge Hey Remi, this is a known issue. They are looking into it at the moment. Like you said, it only happens in the Character Customization screen, but when you're in a match, everything is fine.
