From what I remember about the non-empty Lebel reload...
Like all the other bolt-action rifles, a bullet will eject when your guy pulls back the bolt.
However.
All bolt-action rifles, except the Lebel, the character will have his finger over the receiver to prevent the bullet from ejecting.
With the Lebel, the bullet just gets ejected.

CSRG is pretty strange to use.
You either sealclub people on low health in CQ or marksman the gun from an ample distance.
Low rate of fire makes it shite for CQC unless you go for headshots or have some mates to back you up.

My quick review of Apocalypse after a few days: New infantry maps are great but suffer from Conquest Assault's scoring system, especially Caporetto. Air Assault is alright, Scourge mode needs to go. Presentation/aesthetics are on point. Still haven't tried the new weapons. Lack of content is the big elephant in the room. I'm sad thinking what could've been if this had TSNP or Tsar levels of content.

I'd recommend playing on clustered maps and using the frag grenade to try and get multikills

you should be able to call for medics once you're down. it's so annoying seeing like 2 medics within 14m and maybe one goes away and one gets closer and then bolts once they reach like 5m. why equip the revival syringe if you are just going to not help your own team. at least pick a more useful gadget if you aren

Easiest way to do it is to hop on the front seat on bombers or just get tactical with tripwire bombs
collateral shots are an option too, but you need more positioning for that
