Fixed it, if anyone else have the issue: Search for WebViewer in the play store and update it, then open the Companion app and click "Log In", wait a few seconds and the white screen will take you to a log in screen.

From what I understood yesterday they said they had made it so any XP past the rank 10 cap (such as 600,000k for tanker) wouldn't count and once the cap was raised everyone (who was rank 10) would be at the 600k part and the grind commences. In-game though, it says I'm level 50 for Assault and Support so I have no idea what's going on.
I think so, since otherwise it won't work retroactively for everything else. I had the rank 50 in the class weapon menu but don't have access to the dog tags or battlepacks.

Yeah, I was rank 10 support at the start of the game and got reverted to 7. I still had the C93 and Huot unlocked though.
