It's somewhat manageable though you'll probably need spend a lot of time with the rifle to do it often. And the marksman scope is pretty decent, no glint means you can stay zoomed in at all times without making your position blatantly obvious.

When a game starts you get two tanks.
When you capture your nearly objective say A or F.
You get another set of tanks. So you can have up to 4 tanks in the game.
Most of the time the second set of tanks spawns after 2-3 minutes.
Why the fuck is my team sat here 10 minutes into the game and still no second round of tanks when the other team is stomping us with 4 tanks.
