might be intended and weapon related as far as i remember i had bayonet and dagger kills on them in which the animations are about thrusting them in an armorless spot. maybe clubs/maces and that sort of thing might be uneligible for executions due to the fact the guy has a helmet. altho i dont recall if the helmet is open on the back of his head. if that's the case i'd lean more towards a bug

I don't know why we can't just use the old system. If you didn't want to be revived you could just decline the revive after the medic got you. Right now way too many players skip the revive window and they probably don't even realize that it won't get them to spawn any faster either.

The BAR Telescopic mainly falls down at midrange combat, but is solid. I always pick it in Operations. But I use the trench for Domination as you rarely have time to sight up

Yeah trench is best for running and gunning especially if you also take gas grenades along too.

I swap between them really, Telescopic for long range, storm for mid/close (the hip fire is somewhat similar to the Trench) and trench in close.

I never really played with the lewis. I stayed with the M1909 for some reason, played a little with the Bar storm but I liked the MG15 suppressive the most. I think it was just the fact that you had such insane amount of output possible with a 200 magazine. If it is better though, no idea.

The sound design in this game in general is honestly some top notch stuff. All the rifles in particular have very satisfying shot sounds, especially the Martini Henry.
