Why does EA hate their legacy?! I mean seriously, are they so daft as to kill their 20+ year legacy to hide the fact more people prefer the older games' multiplayer over 2042's fuckfest of broken and jank lackluster gameplay? Bad Company 2 was seeing 24/24 player servers on XB360, and quite some activity on PC and PS3 too. Guess they wanted to push that 2042 portal mode that 'everyone loves and isn't totally dead and abandoned like the rest of the game'.

If they're so willing to pull the plug and put a silent countdown timer on the window of access to the game's entire functionality, why should I or anyone else here pay into a franchise hellbent on kneecapping itself and erasing the experience(s) that we're meant to be buying into? What a waste of money if that'll be the case for everything else.

We're aware of the reported interactions between the DRFM and Stealth Cloaking on the Draugr, where it pulls players out of stealth and allows for a lock-on.

This is unintended and will be fixed in the next game update.

At this moment in time, we recommend you use one defensive ability at a time rather than using them together.

The servers (on PSN) are ran by asshole owners that allow their platoons/clans to just stat farm with biased teams and do nothing to mitigate exploits. They only care about money by way of people paying into the servers to get immunity to the rules.

There's scarcely any official servers left, and the ones that remain are either 24/7 rotations of locker, shang hai or sometimes golmud. With only one or two semi-normal rotations but there's nothing but no lifes that've been there since 2013 so the matches are insanely unbalanced.

Partially. However, good aim can also mitigate spread. The closer you are to the center of the target, the less likely your bullet will veer off course, the longer you can burst and the faster you can kill.

I would not seperate knowledge vs skill. Rather I would separate mechanical skill from decision based skill. Both are skills in different areas.
Like how chess takes a lot of skill, for example. None of the pieces are hard to move, its the decisions that take practice.

Without spread it wont matter where on a hitbox you aim. The result is the same, you will get the same damage whether you hit them in the middle or graze the side of a hitbox. Spread, however, rewards getting closer to that center cause then you will hit more of your shots.

kars really only benefit is faster reload, which sometimes helps if youre kind of in the thick of it while trying to snipe from far

kar does do more body dmg as well, so landing a body shot and switching is more reliable

(imo, unless youre a headshot god or just want to just go for headshots, zh1/1906 are better in everything BUT one shot headshots)
